Mini Mag

Educational Print Piece

Open magazines on a wooden surface with colorful cover designs and abstract imagery including pencils and geometric shapes.

An online gathering place—a hub where digital inkjet designers and print professionals can learn best practices and spark new ideas requested an educational print piece that would feature several articles from their site. When set out to create a print piece, I wanted it to reflect that same spirit. The goal was to bring the website’s visual identity into print, adding a bit more whimsy while still keeping it fun to explore and educational to read.

Open magazine displaying colorful graphics, icons of a computer mouse, pencils, and geometric shapes, with text about inkjet printing technology on a wooden surface.

With the theme you did what with inkjet?, I designed what we call a “mini mag”—a small but impactful piece that showcases just how much creativity digital inkjet can unlock. The intention was to show designers that digital inkjet can deliver unique, one-of-a-kind results in an efficient and cost-effective way, all within a format that feels playful, approachable, and full of inspiration.
